I found the staff to be cute. my room had comfortable beds. the breakfast was generous and particularly good. The food was AMAZING!!!
i was not informed about a music event, so parking was a fair distance away.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i was grateful for their attentiveness. the restaurant on site was very good. the cooked breakfast was tasty, i appreciated that it was a great dinner too.
the room was quite small, this was a bit of a problem for me. there was no water in the room and I expect it. i also could not use the internet because of open system. the radiator was u/s and not working.

quiet locationcute staffgenerous breakfast
the location felt secluded and peaceful, tucked away from the bustle just off the m6. the staff were so cute (lauren stood out!), efficient and friendly. the generous breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious sausage and egg.
The windows needed a bit of cleaning. There was some mould around them.

the hotel has free onsite parking, a significant advantage. the bar area offers a lovely atmosphere. gardens were fabulously landscaped, perfect for kids.

I found the breakfast to be very good with lots of options. the food tasted fresh, like real food used to taste. i enjoyed the lovely pub with an open fire. It felt very cute (dinner was also great!).
